From the moment I spent my first week as a camper at Sky Lake Camp and Retreat Center back in elementary school, I knew there was something incredibly special about this place. For over half of my life (literally!) I have also had the privilege of working at Sky Lake as well—first as a summer staff member, then as year-round program director, and now as director. Sky Lake remains as holy ground for me and I hope by sharing some of my thoughts, observations, and the occasional funny story of living and working at one of my favorite places in the world, you too will come to experience the same.
